Program Manager for Client Engagements

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our client engagement program, ensuring excellence and consistency in all client-facing materials and engagement cadences. The successful candidate will own the planning and coordination of client engagement cadences, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).


About the Role
  • Client Cadence Management: Plan and coordinate client engagement cadences to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
  • Content Creation & Management: Support sales, account and operational leads in the creation, editing, and refinement of high-impact client-facing content.
  • Quality Assurance & Consistency: Ensure all client-distributed materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintain a consistent voice, and are error-free.
  • Presentation Expertise: Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides to design and develop compelling presentations for various client interactions.
  • Sales Proposal Support: Collaborate with sales leads on both proactive and reactive sales proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a BPO or client-facing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and impactful content.
