Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our IT support team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong technical background, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
    • Direct and guide a team of IT support technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Workload Management:
    • Manage workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
  • Technical Guidance:
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively.
  • Training and Development:
    • Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and technical skills.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Conflict Resolution:
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by resolving conflicts within the team and between team members and other stakeholders.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and addressing concerns.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Collaborate with the team to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and company policies.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT support processes and procedures.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in IT support, providing ongoing training and development for the team.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • ITIL V4 certification
    • Microsoft Azure Administrator / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification
    • Hands-on experience with Azure AD & On-prem management
    • Hands-on experience with Intune - Policy creation & implementation
    • Hands-on experience with Windows Server Management
    • Hands-on experience with MDE & compliance management
    • Hands-on experience with Qualys tool in vulnerability management
    • Good knowledge of VLAN & Network troubleshooting
    • Good knowledge of Netskope cloud proxy solution
    • Good knowledge of DLP
    • Hands-on experience with various Audit management like ISO 27001, PCIDSS etc
