Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Manager to lead our team in Vijayawada, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and banking with a proven track record of managing corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage borrower accounts, monitor developments, and provide regular updates
  • Advise borrowers on turnaround situations, develop sustainable business plans, and implement rehabilitation packages
  • Manage stressed assets, interact with companies, monitor performance, and adhere to stipulated terms
  • Design and implement early warning triggers for allocated accounts, monitor portfolio performance, and review operational and financial data
  • Formulate recovery strategies post-legal options

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong credit analysis skills, including reading and understanding financials
  • Knowledge of various industries and RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring
  • Reasonable knowledge of legal forums and applicable laws
  • Satisfactory note making skills and good command over written and spoken communication

Requirements:

  • CA or MBA from a reputable institute (Full Time)
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking/ARC/Big 4 consultancy firms
