Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and writing skills, and proficiency in research methodologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting public policy initiatives, conducting research, analyzing data, coordinating Management Development Programs, and drafting policy documents. Additionally, they will manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide administrative support to the Chair Emeritus.

Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to collect and analyze complex data to inform policy decisions is essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and draft policy documents.
  • Proficiency in Research Methodologies and Techniques: The ability to design and implement research studies, collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions is crucial.
  • Experience in Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including setting deadlines, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Relevant Experience in Policy Research or Public Administration: Relevant experience in policy research or public administration is highly desirable.
  • Clinical Degree with Management Preferred: A clinical degree with management qualifications is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Essential: Knowledge of healthcare principles and practices is essential for this role.
