Project Coordinator Role

This is a pivotal position that requires meticulous tracking and reporting of project progress, enabling informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progression against agreed milestones and timelines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports, providing valuable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to validate project information accuracy and ensure seamless execution.

Data Management and Documentation:

  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts and financial records, adhering to industry standards.
  • Update and manage the project monitoring database, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Engage proactively with project management consultants and internal teams to gather accurate project information, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project review meetings, promoting effective communication among stakeholders.

Risk and Compliance Monitoring:

  • Identify risks related to project execution and flag deviations from agreed investment terms or timelines, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Participate actively in risk assessment processes, contributing to informed decision-making.

Learning and Development:

  • Enhance knowledge of internal technical department processes and project monitoring methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualification required: B. Tech-Civil engineering

Preferred Qualifications: Post Graduation in Construction management from NICMAR/RICS

Work Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction projects

Proficiency in MS Projects, MS excel, MS Word & PowerPoint is essential.
