We are seeking a skilled and passionate user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designer to join our team. This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core product while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both UX/UI design and Webflow development, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs in Figma and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites in Webflow. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for our users across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end design process management for new product features from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • User research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma for consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Webflow Development & Management
  • Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize company websites using Webflow for exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Architect and implement complex component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.
  • Regular site audits for performance, accessibility, and SEO, implementing improvements to enhance site health and visibility.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on Webflow best practices.
