We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our Growth & Marketing Team in our India office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in monthly demand planning and end-to-end execution, ensuring we meet our business targets.

Responsibilities
  • You will oversee the development and execution of affiliate marketing programs, driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • IDentify and recruit new affiliate & marketplace partners, expanding our network and opportunities.
  • Built strong relationships with affiliates & marketplaces, optimizing performance and driving results.
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging your expertise in growth marketing.
  • Analyze and report on performance, ensuring we meet our targets and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Test and optimize affiliate strategies to increase traffic and conversions, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • You should have 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role focused on affiliates & marketplaces.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce marketing is preferred, as well as working with marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.
  • You should have hands-on knowledge of running A/B tests to optimize campaigns performance.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • You should have prior experience working with platforms like Adjust, Affise, and Hasoffers.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must, as well as fluency in English.
