Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

As a Cloud System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to end-users, application teams, and other IT resources to promptly evaluate and resolve issues. Your proactive approach will help improve KB articles, reducing L1 case handling times and escalating repeat issues efficiently.
You will also be involved in the deployment of device patches via remote update methods for Azure workloads, coordinating testing and phased rollouts. Additionally, you will manage the installation of approved software and handle vulnerability detection tools, test, and implementation of fixes.
In this role, you will contribute as a project resource to Infrastructure Projects, including the completion of assigned project tasks working with project managers/coordinators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2-5 Years' Experience Administering an Enterprise Server Environment
- Industry certifications (alternatively demonstrated equivalent industry experience)
- Microsoft AZ900 or other Azure or Windows Server related qualifications
- Experience or certification in IT Service Management (ITIL)
