Senior Data Engineer Position

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance data pipelines that support consulting and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data models, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Develop scalable data pipelines to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data models, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Design and build optimal Data Lake setup.
- Assemble large and complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Be/B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. with 5+ years' experience in Data Analytics / Data Engineering.
- Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive and relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, and good in object-oriented/object function scripting languages.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Additional Skills: Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools, message queuing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores.
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
