As a Product Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of cloud-managed IT. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, to drive lead generation and conversion.

• Develop and manage automated workflows and lead nurturing processes to engage customers and prospects.

• Ensure data integrity and hygiene within the CRM and marketing databases to inform data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.

• Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business results.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, and reporting.

• Proven expertise in creating and managing email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, A/B tests, and reporting.

• Strong data management abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent English (spoken and written) communication skills.

• Experience with CRM systems, HTML/CSS for email template customization, and marketing automation platforms.
