Speech AI Engineer - Real-Time Interpretation

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech AI Engineer to join our team in developing and deploying real-time interpretation solutions.

This role involves architecting, building, and refining high-performance AI pipelines that deliver accurate, scalable, and user-friendly interpretation experiences.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Applied Machine Learning, with a focus on speech, NLP, or multilingual AI, and strong Python skills, including experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related field is required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create robust and efficient AI interpretation pipelines using speech recognition, machine translation, and speech generation technologies.
  • Develop and deploy real-time QA scoring systems to assess interpretation quality during calls.
  • Incorporate AI interpretation capabilities into enterprise platforms for seamless customer access.
  • Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for real-time interpretation scenarios.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Applied Machine Learning, preferably with a focus on speech, NLP, or multilingual AI.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
