Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units. This role will be instrumental in business partnering, driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and creating efficiencies through optimizations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple business units.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives including optimization and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership to influence business decisions.
  • Contribute to long-term financial strategy development and business planning.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions with executive management.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and strong execution mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
