We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, procurement, and operations, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, tracking payments, and reconciling statements. They will also assist in procuring supplies, negotiating contracts, and coordinating lab trials and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Enter bills and invoices into accounting tools accurately, track payments, reconcile statements, and liaise with Chartered Accountants.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain: Research suppliers, compare prices, negotiate basic contracts, and set up purchase orders.
  • Lab Trials and Engineering Coordination: Prepare reagents, assist in sample setup and testing, maintain inventory levels, and order lab supplies proactively.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree (BA/BCom/BSc) or equivalent, recent graduates welcome.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptable multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with accounting or ERP tools a plus.
  • A positive, can-do mindset - ready to get hands dirty and learn.
