Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support our expanding finance operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client invoices, processing vendor bills, and maintaining accounts independently.
  • They should have knowledge of various GST Returns, GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR 9, as well as TDS Provisions for TDS Returns filings.
  • Additional responsibilities include accounting reconciliation, such as Bank-Reconciliation, Vendor/Customer reconciliations, and preparation of monthly MIS reports.
  • The successful candidate will also work on monthly/annual closing assignments and have knowledge of Balance sheet and ITR preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, GST, and TDS fillings
  • Sound knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING CONCEPTS AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS PREPARATION
  • Ability to handle accounting as per Indian Laws and adhere to various timelines
  • Hardworking and willing to work on a long-term basis with minimal guidance
  • Knowledge of Excel is important
  • An ideal candidate will have M.Com/B.Com Degree/ICWA with 0-3 years of experience in the Maintenance of Accounts.
  • Similar role experience of 2 to 3 years is desirable.
