Job Title: Oracle FCCS Functional Expert

As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in implementing Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS), you will lead the overall project, design solutions, and guide the project team. Your in-depth functional knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes will ensure a seamless implementation.

Key responsibilities include leading business requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, user training, and testing. Strong technical capabilities of FCCS will be leveraged to create project documents like Business Requirement Documents, Solution Design Documents, test scripts, and manuals.

A thorough understanding of integration capabilities between HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management is crucial. A CA or MBA Finance qualification is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with great presentation skills, are required to effectively articulate business and technologies to internal and external stakeholders.

Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation, PowerPoint, etc., is necessary. Confidence and assertiveness are key qualities for this role.

This position requires flexibility to travel based on project needs to GCC Countries. Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region is an added advantage.

Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation, and Hyperion/EPM Tax Reporting is beneficial.
