Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead Finance Transformation projects with expertise in Oracle EPM and ARCS.

Main Responsibilities:1. Oracle EPM Implementation & Support:
  • Develop and implement Oracle EPM applications including Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).
  • Configure EPM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Manage EPM security configurations, data integrations, and reporting structures.
2. ARCS Management:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle ARCS for automated account reconciliations.
  • Design and manage reconciliation templates, matching rules, and workflow configurations.
  • Maintain data integrity and control compliance within ARCS.
3. Finance Transformation & Process Improvement:
  • Analyze current finance processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial close, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance transformation initiatives.
4. Data Integration & Reporting:
  • Develop interfaces between Oracle EPM/ARCS and ERP systems like Oracle Cloud, SAP, or NetSuite.
  • Create financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Training:
  • Engage with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EPM and ARCS functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Oracle EPM or ARCS certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS) and ARCS implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation processes, and reporting.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud, ARCS, and data integration tools.
  • Experience with SQL, Essbase, Smart View, and Oracle Data Management Cloud is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams.
