Visual Design Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to create captivating and effective visual designs for various media, including logos, brochures, flyers, posters, websites, social media graphics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Concept Development: Collaborate with stakeholders or team members to understand project objectives and develop innovative concepts that align with the brand's identity and goals.
- Visual Elements: Select and manipulate images, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements to enhance the overall design and convey the intended message.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Publisher, to create, edit, and produce high-quality graphics and visual content.
- Print Production: Prepare and format designs for printing, ensuring that the final printed materials meet quality and technical specifications.
- Web Design: Design and maintain website graphics, banners, and other online visuals, ensuring a user-friendly and visually pleasing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in visual design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Experience with print production and knowledge of print technologies, if applicable.
