Visual Design Specialist

Job Summary:

A highly skilled Visual Design Specialist is needed to develop compelling visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media, banners, presentations, newsletters, posters, signage, and reports.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs that enhance user experience and brand recognition. This includes editing and retouching images for digital and print use, creating infographics, icons, and visual elements, ensuring consistency of design and brand messaging across all materials, and staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines with high-quality results. You will also develop content for digital platforms such as hospital websites, social media, email newsletters, and internal digital signage systems, upholding the hospital's visual identity by applying consistent brand elements across all designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging layouts and graphics for various marketing materials
