- Lead a high-performing team of software engineers and developers to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and development, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- 1+ years of experience in managing development teams, with expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- 2+ years of experience in building integrations, API development, SQL/WQL, JavaScript with JSON & XML.
- Strong understanding of large-scale software systems, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Integrations, and Python development is a plus.
- Knowledge of SaaS applications, SaaS deployment models, and SaaS DevOps.
