Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to guide teams through successful project delivery.

  • Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Leading full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules.
  • Conducting workshops, solution design sessions, and providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Managing data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Overseeing SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Maintaining project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials).
  • Staying updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assessing impact on client environments.
