Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement AI strategies that address business and client needs.
  2. Oversee the development of AI products from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet internal and external customer requirements.
  3. Partner with technical teams to identify and evangelize core AI capabilities across the organization.
  4. Metric-driven decision-making: define, monitor, and report on key business and customer metrics.
  5. Prioritize feature requests, define requirements, and execute cross-functionally, leveraging user feedback and metrics.
  6. Foster a culture of Product Management excellence, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. 5-8 years of Product Management experience, driving product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and design discussions.
  3. Strong understanding of Systems Architecture, Data Architecture, and GenAI/AI/ML.
  4. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing products utilizing these technologies.
  5. Experience building scalable platforms for millions of users.
  6. Experience working with ML Models, building data pipelines, and shaping data strategy.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into product requirements.
  8. Effective communication skills, with experience presenting complex topics concisely to diverse audiences.
