Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless product lifecycle management for a dynamic organization. This involves creating and submitting change control, managing them through closure, and serving as a critical resource in the change management process.

Key responsibilities include maintaining product and process configurations in PLM and SAP ERP, supporting cross-functional teams on change requests and orders, and assuring configuration and document changes meet required information standards.

  • Analyzes and evaluates change scope to determine feasibility and impacted products, projects.
  • Applies problem-solving skills to analyze scope of change and underlying business dataset.
  • Packages change scope in the most efficient manner to bring efficiencies to scale.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 2-5 years of prior professional experience in the PLM space of a MedTech company.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Change Management, Master Data Management, and Enterprise Document Control.
  • Basic GMP, GDP, regulatory, and compliance requirements of a MedTech company.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Data Steward processing item and document master data in a controlled setup or Document Control/Document Data Steward for a Life Science company.

Business is not willing to invest in outstation candidates for P1 (0-2 Years) & P2 (2.6-5 Years) levels. Reimbursement may be provided on a case-by-case basis for other resources.
