Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce technical solutions specialist to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to deliver innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement AI-driven use cases using Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, and predictive analytics).
  • Integrate and manage Salesforce Data Cloud for unified data architecture, enhancing customer insights and analytics.
  • Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive AI models within Salesforce to support sales, service, and marketing workflows.
  • Configure and optimize Data Cloud to unify customer data from multiple sources, ensuring real-time insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive the adoption of AI features across the organization, including natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and advanced analytics.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant (e.g., Sales/Service Cloud), and Salesforce AI + Data Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT integrations) and Data Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (flows, process builder, validation rules).
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
