We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist.

  • This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrices, ensuring that test cases are correctly selected and executed, and performing Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • They will also be expected to report defects and collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Furthermore, this specialist must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working in a team environment and being adaptable to new challenges.

In addition to technical expertise, we require our QA Specialist to be proactive in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Preferred qualifications include experience in the insurance industry or similar sectors, as well as proficiency in SQL querying and database management.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of core software testing experience is also necessary.
  • The successful candidate should be able to effectively prepare scenarios and derive test cases from them.
  • Familiarity with Test Management tools like Quality Center and Defect Management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla is highly desirable.
