About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Specialist to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a key member of our team, you will analyze and understand existing systems, work with stakeholders to identify business goals, and develop strategies to meet those objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand existing systems and work with stakeholders to identify business goals and develop strategies to meet those objectives.
  • Conduct user research, test, and troubleshoot web pages and plugins for ease of use and functionality.
  • Focus on user experience and interaction design, ensuring seamless and effortless design that focuses on usability and conversion optimizations.
  • Conduct user research, ideate new interfaces, and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design and UX best practices.
  • Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business organizations, understanding client requirements, specifying, and analyzing these to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with internal customers, using a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs.
  • Adhere to metrics to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and ensure change management and communication of change to the team is done in a systematic way for medium-level projects.
  • Implement improvements to process or product as directed by management.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced User Experience Specialist with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in User Interface analysis, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of interlinkage of data from different CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong).
  • Design tools (Preferred): Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Ideate new interfaces and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design and UX best practices.
  • Decisions involve interpretation of data, planning own work, or refining the methods and techniques to be used.
  • Translates requirements for technical solutions, based on understanding of how technical solutions impact the business as required.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented problem-solver.
