Job Responsibilities:
  • Building and scaling complex systems horizontally and vertically
  • Managing multiple feature teams working on shipping multiple capabilities and features
  • Providing technical guidance to the team on approach and architecture
  • Working with stakeholders to provide transparency, proactively unblock the teams, and maximize engineering throughput
  • Ensuring alignment of the teams with the process and goals of the organization
  • Empowering engineers to make the biggest impact possible for the company while reaching their professional development goals

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of delivery with a focus on consistency, quality, efficiency, and timeliness. You will also manage hiring and onboarding for the engineering team, drive performance reviews, and provide guidance on process improvements.
