Requirements- A minimum of 10 years of overall experience and 3+ years of managing a team of engineers working in databases, cloud or distributed domains.
- Experience in developing and managing large-scale highly available distributed systems.
- Profound expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages (e.g., Java, Go), cloud technologies, and scalable architectures.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring engineering teams, driving innovation, and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
