YouTube Marketing Specialist\

We are seeking an experienced YouTube marketing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive YouTube strategy that drives engagement, growth, and retention.

\About the Role\

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. As a YouTube marketing specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our target audience.

  • Create and curate high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience.\
  • Optimize video metadata, titles, tags, and descriptions for maximum visibility.\
  • Analyze audience behavior and analytics to refine our strategy and improve performance.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.\
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders.\
  • Manage and maintain our YouTube channel, including uploading videos, responding to comments, and engaging with viewers.\
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize video performance and audience engagement.\
  • Develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes to inform our YouTube strategy.\
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, design, and engineering teams.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.\
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Drive subscriber growth, watch time, retention, CTR, and engagement.\
  • Plan and manage content calendar: frequency, formats, playlists, and uploads.\
  • Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules.\
  • Track and analyze audience behavior + analytics to refine strategy in real time.\
  • You are a YouTube native and think in videos \
  • You believe in the fast execution of ideas \
  • You have an eye for YouTube trends and creative concepts that can be executed fast\
  • Ability to take up ownership of projects and see to that they are executed end-to-end\
