We are seeking an accomplished cloud architect to spearhead the design and development of modern, scalable cloud-native systems.

With a strong foundation in software development, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices, this senior role demands hands-on technical leadership. Our ideal candidate thrives in building developer-friendly systems that are secure, reliable, and efficient.

A key responsibility will be to lead implementation of containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift) and automate infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CDK.

The successful candidate will also build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production-ready solutions.

Mentoring junior engineers and conducting code/architecture reviews are essential aspects of this position.

A bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. AWS or other Cloud Certifications are a plus.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.

An added requirement is proficiency in modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, and Go.

Deep understanding of AWS-managed databases like RDS and DynamoDB is essential, along with experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS/ECS, or OpenShift.

Candidates should have proven CI/CD experience with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.

Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence is also desirable.

Other desired skills include AWS networking: API Gateway, AWS storage services: S3, exposure to AWS AI/ML (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q).

IaC tools like Terraform and AWS CDK are highly valued.
