As a seasoned technical expert, you will take on the role of Technical Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge front-end technologies. This position requires an in-depth understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing efficient npm repository strategies, including management of private packages and dependencies

• Identifying and resolving pain points in the development workflow through improved tooling and documentation

• Developing and implementing strategies for identifying and reducing technical debt

• Leading initiatives to modernize legacy codebases with newer, more maintainable implementations

• Establishing and enforcing front-end development standards and best practices

• Collaborating with product managers to evaluate technical feasibility of new features

• Identifying bottlenecks in the current implementation and proposing solutions

• Leading troubleshooting of complex technical issues across the ads platform

• Staying current with industry trends and evaluating new technologies for potential adoption

• Working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless integration of ad technologies

• Balancing maintaining existing systems while implementing strategic improvements

• Creating and maintaining standardized project scaffolding templates to ensure consistency across new initiatives

• Leading the development and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes

• Establishing best practices for build processes, testing automation, and deployment strategies

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years' experience in Frontend technologies, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is required.
