Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across all departments. This encompasses:

  • Conducting and delivering training sessions on various topics to enhance employee skills.
  • Organizing external training sessions for employees as per schedule.
  • Developing and implementing skill matrices for department members based on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintaining competency mapping scores for department members against defined standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure timely implementation of feedback from PDCA/deep analysis activities selected by each department.
  • To identify and implement MPS (Maruti Production System) projects.
  • To facilitate updating the Kaizen website with new kaizens.
  • To coordinate visits of TQM consultants as per plan.
  • To conduct monthly TQM reviews and arrange half-yearly reviews as targeted.

Key Objectives:

  • To establish Six Sigma practices across the organization.
  • To introduce and implement best practices from other companies.
  • To maintain safety audit scores as per the calendar.
  • To monitor and analyze product audits of laminated and tempered glass.

Requirements:

  • To review QACRs created against product audits/in-process defects.
  • To verify and analyze counter-measures given by the production department on a weekly basis.
  • To ensure that final inspections are conducted only by certified inspectors.
  • To implement, review, and monitor IATF 16949, QMS according to company guidelines.
