About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP functional consultant to lead or support SAP implementations and enhancements in Supply Chain, Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WM/EWM).

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Configuring and supporting SAP WM/EWM, MM, QM modules, including master data, purchasing, inventory, inspections, and warehouse processes.
  • Developing functional specifications, supporting testing and validation cycles, and ensuring smooth deployment.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and providing expert-level support for production environments.
  • Documenting system processes and changes, and delivering user training as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GxP) and internal control standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in SAP WM and MM and broader Supply Chain areas.
  • Expert in SAP WM.
  • Experience with Warehouse Structure Configuration, Storage Types, Putaway & Removal Strategies.
  • Familiarity with Transfer Order, picking put away issues, STO processes including Logistic Execution part for shipments.
  • Understanding of Route Determination, Shipping points, shipping conditions functions regards to STO processes.
  • 3PL exposure is highly preferred.
  • Hands on experience on Batch Management and Batch determination.
  • Proven ability to manage or support full lifecycle SAP implementations or significant upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration between logistics modules (MM-QM-WM-SD-PP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Expertise in batch management, inspection lots, and serial number processes.
  • SAP Certification in MM, QM, or SCM modules.
