Job Title: Service Delivery Analyst 2

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for India employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR Service center queries from across India employees.
  • Support internal and external audits, reporting requirements, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Finance.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing Payroll / HR service center.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word & PPT skills, with macro skills being an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
  • Self-motivated, ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and react with speed and take initiatives.
  • Team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.
