Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership
    • Develop and coach the Master Data team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
    • Standardize and automate processes with the NoCC team to achieve maximum output.
    • Ensure timely completion of financial and non-financial operations, including correct set-up, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems.
  • Process Execution
    • Manage Master Data Management activities execution (check and control).
    • Ensure the Master Data team operates within agreed timescales and quality standards.
    • Quality check of the master data set-up to correct infractions before impact on business operations or customer relationships.
    • Ensure efficient end-to-end process management for master data.
    • Support project initiatives, including active participation.
  • General Management
    • Implement MICS / Risk Management / Audit compliance targets, including creation of sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
    • Plan for backup (100% for the team).
    • Maintain Training Tracking Tool and develop action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
    • Achieve SLA/KPI's and provide monthly updates, monitor team performance, and take corrective actions.
    • Ensure maintenance/update of process training documentation (L5) as per EP standards.
    • Review and recommend enhancements for improving workflow efficiency.
    • Perform routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one etc.) in accordance with Excellence Program.
    • Communicate effectively with the team and external parties.
    • Share best practices within the business.
    • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.
  • People Management
    • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safety training requirements.
    • Equip the team to perform their duties and responsibilities.
    • Administrative people management.
    • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Execute People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program (Targets setting and cascading, Competency appraisal and Operational Performance Review, Personal Development Plans and Recovery Plans etc.).
