Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Taxation Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in taxation and merger and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing advisory engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring strategic execution and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed quantitative analysis, managing seamless execution of plans, and applying effective structuring strategies.

You will also support clients throughout the business lifecycle by ideating tax structuring options, evaluating India inbound structuring options, and providing exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Advisory Engagements:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct detailed quantitative analysis and manage seamless execution of plans.
  • Ideate tax structuring options and evaluate India inbound structuring options.
