Role Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Distributed Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks, validating complex workflows across hybrid and on-prem environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases covering cluster lifecycle management, security, networking, and platform integrations
  • Develop automation frameworks for REST APIs, UI testing, system-level, and end-to-end workflows
  • Perform performance and scalability testing across VM-based deployments and Kubernetes environments
  • Validate enterprise-grade scenarios such as backup and restore, air-gapped installs, and software upgrades
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to drive quality from design to release
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java
  • Experience testing distributed systems or microservices
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills
