About This Role

We're seeking an expert in automation management to oversee end-to-end projects for sales and marketing teams.

This dynamic role involves guiding interns and specialists in building workflow automation systems, ensuring clients are updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex automation projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor and train interns in setting up workflow automation systems using tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Design and implement efficient automation workflows, integrating tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor data pipelines for quality, accuracy, and AI-driven workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing with clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency, enhancing the overall workflow.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
