Lead AI Engineer for Generative AI and Large Language Models

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to design and implement cutting-edge solutions in the field of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves leading the development of intelligent agents, prompt optimization, and scalable AI pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Sklearn. Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus) are also required.

  • Ai/Ml Development:
    • Design and develop production-ready AI/ML solutions using LLMs and Generative AI models.
    • Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
  • Agentic Ai & Prompt Engineering:
    • Build intelligent AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen.
    • Engineer effective prompts for complex language tasks and continuous learning environments.
  • Data Engineering & Preparation:
    • Handle advanced data preprocessing, feature engineering, and quality checks.
    • Leverage tools like Pandas, Numpy, Polars for exploration and transformation.

Key Requirements:

  • 4 – 8 years of experience as an AI engineer or Data Scientist with a proven track record in delivering ML solutions to production.
  • Strong knowledge of probabilistic modeling, Statistics, feature engineering, and data wrangling.
  • Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, Vector databases and memory integration, Model performance tuning, compression, and deployment.
