Job Overview

We seek an experienced professional to handle regulatory matters in the power sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing filings, determining tariffs, and ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling ARR filings, tariff determination, and petitions before SERCs/CERC.
  • Drafting, compiling, and submitting regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.
  • Conducting regulatory analysis on existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework.
  • B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical / Power / Energy / Related discipline) with MBA / PGDM in Finance or Power Management.
