We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional to spearhead growth in the Commercial and Industrial segment through innovative renewable energy solutions.

  • Identify potential C&I customers for third-party and captive renewable energy solutions (solar, wind, hybrid).
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and drive deal closures.
  • Prepare and present competitive business proposals.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, sustainability heads, procurement teams) in target companies.
  • Conduct market research to understand client energy needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiate and finalize long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with customers.
">Market Analysis & Regulatory Compliance:">
  • ">
  • Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulatory frameworks affecting C&I renewable energy.
  • Engage with government bodies, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.

  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with EPC partners, developers, and consultants for project feasibility and execution.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in business development, sales, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and closing deals to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
