Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver Post Merger Integration/ Carve- out/ Operational assessment projects.
  • Engage with senior leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders within client teams and BDO.
  • Promote business development and practice management initiatives.
  • Effectively collaborate with global teams (at client end as well as BDO).
  • Develop complex models in Excel and executive-level presentations.

Essential skills:

  • Business Development/Upsell:
  • Support senior partners/directors in expanding the practice in the north region for BDO in India.
  • Strong experience in planning & implementation of at least 2-3 integration/separations of various front office and back office functions.
  • Understanding of various facets of mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions.
  • Delivery of project management engagements with strong PMO skills and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes deals environments.
  • Ability to comprehend complex deal situations and its implications on clients/targets' business models.
  • Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
