Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst.

This role is responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of education and 2+ years of experience in AP processes.

They should possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage payment processing, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve vendor queries, identify issues, and provide customer satisfaction.
  • Process employee expenses, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliant records.
  • Reconcile statements, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action.
  • Clear vendors, manage relationships, and ensure timely payments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software.
Experience and Qualification

This role requires:

  • 1-5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor query resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar accounting software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Domain Knowledge

For OTC (Cash Application and Allocation) and RTR (Journal Entry Processing, Balance Sheet Reconciliation), you must have:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Min 1 year of experience in cash application and allocation or journal entry processing.
