  • Support deployment, testing, and debugging activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation including solution design, deployment guides, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to project planning and estimation.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online : Strong knowledge in customization and configuration.
  • JavaScript : For form scripting and client-side logic.
  • C#/.NET : Plugin and custom workflow development.
  • Power Automate : Building low-code/no-code workflows and process automation.
  • Azure Functions, Web API : Experience in building and consuming RESTful services and serverless functions.
  • Strong understanding of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and CRM Security Roles.
  • Proficiency in Debugging & Performance Tuning in D365.
