As a Senior Healthcare Financial Leader, you will spearhead the sales team in your region, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional growth. You will forge strategic alliances with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals for medical loans through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and manage strategic alliances with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals for medical loans through our platform.
- Lead and mentor the sales team in your region, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional growth.
- Develop new financial opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing financing solutions at partner hospitals.
- Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling patients and healthcare providers to access instant medical loans.
- Set revenue goals and manage both the lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions.
- Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
- Take full ownership of the region-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare or fintech industry.
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in managing large sales teams or partner networks.
