Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development Support: Collaborate with our product team to design and implement new features that meet real-world use cases.
  • Healthcare Insight Provider: Share your knowledge of healthcare workflows, challenges, and needs to inform solution development.
  • Pilot Program Participation: Assist in testing rounds, gather feedback from peers, and contribute to usability reviews of upcoming features.
  • Creative Collaboration: Participate in idea-sharing sessions with our tech team to enhance communication tools, AI features, reminders, & CareID system, and clinical support tools.
  • User Enablement: Support internal and external teams by translating product features into practical use cases for frontline workers.

  • Familiarity with digital health tools (EMRs, telehealth, AI, mobile apps).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
