We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager, Administration, and other teams to handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, statutory filings, and financial reporting.

The role requires expertise in managing financial processes from start to finish, including accounts bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll processing, and compliance with tax regulations.

  1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks, maintain general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
  2. Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for timely clearance, maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  3. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers, collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.
  4. Prepare and file TDS and GST on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time.
  5. Assist Finance Manager in monthly and year-end closing processes, generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures.
