Immersive Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centred design and be skilled in creating visually polished UI and production-ready assets.

The successful candidate will focus on understanding user needs, mapping workflows, and designing intuitive experiences. You'll also create UI designs that prioritize usability and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Use design tools such as Figma to create designs and leverage AI tools to speed up the creation of UI screens.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain a design system for consistency across devices and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong emphasis on UX.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and UX thinking behind designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation.
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable explaining design rationale and decisions.
