Role Overview

The Data Officer is responsible for collaborating with a dynamic team to perform various activities within the Hub. This includes data entry, quality control tracking, and follow-up of safety information received from clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform local safety case receipt, processing, and data entry as required
  • Manage client-specific communications and email boxes
  • Register, triage, assign, and coordinate vigilance case processing
  • Follow up with reporters on requests and queries
  • Support pharmacovigilance activities as needed
  • Participate in audits and resulting action plans

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a science-related field
  • 2+ years' experience in pharmacovigilance, including data entry and QC of cases
  • Experience working to deadlines and communicating effectively
  • Knowledge of PV regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards
