People Operations Manager

We are expanding our APAC business rapidly, driven by the strong innovation pipeline on our brands, Shark and Ninja. With unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, we have embarked on a bold plan for growing our APAC business, with India playing a critical role.
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team based in Bangalore, India. This role will partner closely with the business and be responsible for day-to-day administration of HR policies and procedures, as well as support all HR initiatives in accordance with corporate guidelines and local laws.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and exit management.
- Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition team on hiring of talents in India.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles and integration to the company's culture and values.
- Support training and development programs for employees to support business growth.
- Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations and processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and governance.
- Oversee the day-to-day HR Operations and act as the first point of contact for employees to answer day-to-day HR-related questions and provide advice when needed.
- Support in the implementation of global, functional, and regional HR initiatives across APAC regions.
- Build strong relationships and engagement with employees and leaders at all levels.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- At least 8 years' working experience in human resources functions, ideally within the consumer electronics and/or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws, HR principles, and practices in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to excel in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work independently, hands-on, and within a team in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Resourceful, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
