Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Instructional Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our academic faculty, you will be responsible for delivering subject knowledge effectively to students pursuing the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Physiotherapy Subjects: Design and deliver engaging theory and practical sessions on anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy, using real-world examples and interactive methods to enhance student understanding and participation.
  • Mentor Students: Regularly assess student performance and provide personalized guidance to address academic challenges, resolve doubts, and boost motivation. Offer timely interventions to support both academic and behavioral growth.
  • Foster a Supportive Learning Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication, active participation, and continuous improvement. Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct assessments, maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback, and ensure consistent communication with the corporate academic team for student progress updates.
  • Compliance and Quality: Adhere to institutional policies, uphold training quality, and continuously work on self-improvement to provide students with the best learning experience.

Requirements:

An ideal candidate should possess a BPT or MPT qualification (Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy). Additionally, they should have at least 1+ year of experience in teaching or working as a physiotherapist.

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication skills, passion for teaching, friendly and patient demeanor when interacting with students, basic computer and tech skills.
